KF 510

The KF 510 is a versatile Internorm profile available in both uPVC and uPVC-Aluminium composite, and the newest of our four KF window and door systems available for commercial projects, including Passivhaus.

Easily identified thanks to a particularly slim profile, the triple-glazed KF 510 provides the end user with a larger glazed area, maximising light transmission and improving overall quality of life as a result. All the while, it offers the same outstanding performance levels as you’d expect from a premium Internorm profile, including Internorm’s I-tec Secure.

Versatile Design

As with our other uPVC and uPVC-Aluminium profiles, the competitively priced triple-glazed KF 510 system offers versatile application for commercial projects where thermal insulation, acoustic performance and security are important. The external aluminium cladding is available in a wide range of RAL colours and making it ideal for any architectural design.
The KF 510 and other uPVC-Aluminium windows and doors can be fitted with Juliet balconies and combined with large lift & slide doors, as well as our KV 350 and KV 440 windows with integrated blinds. Find out more in our commercial case studies.

I-Tec Innovations

The KF 510 profile has innovation built in. I-tec Secure, I-tec Glazing and I-tec Insulation are all integrated as standard. Together, these ensure thermal insulation and security are to an industry leading standard, as you would expect from an Internorm profile. The KF 510 with fully integrated I-tec Secure features the revolutionary patented flap mechanism, providing enhanced security. It can reach RC2N with an optional lockable handle and is available up to RC3 on request. Exceedingly low U-values of just 0.63 W/(m2K) ensure that the KF510 is one of the highest performing windows on the market.

Concealed Hardware

The KF 510 has concealed hardware integrated within its slim profile. Not only does this vastly improve its visual appeal, delivering clean, unobstructed lines, but also minimises the maintenance requirement for the end user.

Home Pure Profile

The naturally slim profile of the KF 510 perfectly complements the Internorm Home Pure profile. The square design of the casement, combined with Home Pure styling, is ideal for modern and minimalist architecture. The construction depth of these windows is either 90mm for uPVC or 93mm for uPVC-Aluminium composite.
With Internorm, uPVC-Aluminium and Timber-Aluminium composite products can be mixed within one project. So, if you need to specify uPVC-Aluminium for bathrooms, which is recommended, and Timber-Aluminium for living spaces and bedrooms, you can do that with the Internorm range of products.

Triple Gasket Weatherproofing

All Internorm high performance windows and doors come with triple gaskets as standard, and the KF 510 is no exception. Regardless of whether uPVC or uPVC-Aluminium is specified for a commercial project, the triple gasket provides outstanding air and water tightness compared to windows with only two gaskets.

Handles

The KF 510 profile comes with square handles as standard. These support the minimalist, modern
design of their slimline profile for the perfect contemporary feel. There are colour options you can
specify to match both the window and the architecture surrounding it.

Glazing

Both the uPVC and uPVC-Aluminium KF 510 triple-glazed profiles come with I-tec Glazing as
standard, delivering improved stability, thermal insulation, noise reduction and burglary protection.
There is an array of glazing options available, and the Commercial Account Manager will be able to
advise on the best product for a particular project.

Colours

The KF 510 uPVC-Aluminium option comes with a range of colour choices for the external aluminium
cladding. White in the inside as standard, a selection of foil options is available. Whatever the
requirements of the commercial project, these slimline KF 510 windows and doors can be finished in
a colour that suits it perfectly.
